PRIVACY
Your information should stay understandable.
Last updated 9 August 2026. This notice explains what happens when you visit the VRONDO website or contact us about a project.
Information you choose to provide
The project form on this website prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the details you enter. Information is sent to VRONDO only when you review and send that email.
How enquiries are used
Information received by email is used to understand your enquiry, reply to you, prepare a project proposal where requested and maintain a record of relevant business correspondence.
Hosting and technical records
The website host may process standard technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time for security, reliability and diagnostics. VRONDO does not use this website to sell personal information.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts provided by Google. Your browser may connect to Google to retrieve those files. Email enquiries are also processed by your email provider and VRONDO’s email provider under their respective privacy terms.
Retention and access
Business correspondence is kept only as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, an active working relationship, legal obligations or legitimate record keeping. You may ask what personal information VRONDO holds about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable.
Contact
For a privacy question or request, email build@vrondo.com.
Return to VRONDOProject and client data
Where a project gives VRONDO access to your systems or records, we access only what the work requires, and we agree in writing what that is before starting. Credentials are shared through a password manager rather than email. On projects involving artificial intelligence, we tell you which data leaves your systems, which model processes it, and what is retained.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client records are retained for seven years where Australian tax law requires it, and otherwise deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information VRONDO holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email build@vrondo.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
