Who we are

VRONDO is a founder-led technology business in Melbourne, Australia, operated by Ahkeeshan Sarvananthan. Reach us at build@vrondo.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, organisation if given, what you want to build, your timing and your message.

We collect it because you chose to send it, and use it to reply and to deliver work you engage us for.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you enquired. We run no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Who processes it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiries are delivered by our form provider and by email through Cloudflare and Google. They process data on our behalf and may store it outside Australia. Extra services on a project are disclosed before we start.

Project and client data

Where a project gives us access to your systems, we access only what the work requires and agree that in writing first. Credentials go through a password manager, never email.

On AI projects we tell you which data leaves your systems, which model processes it and what is retained.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept seven years where Australian tax law requires, otherwise deleted on request.

Your rights

Ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Security

Access is limited to the founder. Accounts use two factor authentication and backups are encrypted. If a breach affected your information you would hear it from us directly and promptly.

Changes

Changes update the date above. Material changes affecting clients are notified by email.
