WEBSITE TERMS
Clear terms for a simple website.
Last updated 9 August 2026. These terms apply to your use of the public VRONDO website. Individual projects are governed by their own written proposal and agreement.
Website content
The information on this website describes VRONDO’s capabilities and selected work at a general level. It is provided for information and does not create a client relationship, quote, guarantee or professional advice.
Project discussions
Sending an enquiry does not commit either party to a project. Scope, responsibilities, timing, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality and support are agreed in writing before paid work begins.
Selected work
Project descriptions are summaries. Names, operational details or visuals may be simplified where necessary to protect privacy, confidentiality and the clarity of the presentation.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the VRONDO name, identity, website design and original website content belong to VRONDO. You may view and share links to the website, but may not reproduce its identity or substantial content as your own.
External services
Links or references to third-party services are provided for convenience. VRONDO does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content or separate terms.
Availability
Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access or complete freedom from errors cannot be guaranteed.

Return to VRONDOFees, invoicing and GST
Fixed projects are invoiced in stages agreed at the start. Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless the agreement states otherwise. VRONDO is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on any invoice.
Ownership of work
On fixed projects, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you on final payment. On subscription plans, the website remains the property of VRONDO while the subscription is active and can be purchased outright at the published buyout price. Your domain, your content and your data remain yours at all times. VRONDO retains the right to reuse general knowledge, methods and non-confidential components across projects.
Consumer rights and liability
Services are performed with reasonable care and skill. Fixed projects include a defect support window stated in the agreement, during which faults in the delivered work are corrected at no cost. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work the claim relates to, and VRONDO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
