Subscriptions

Managed plans run month to month. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. Setup fees are paid before work begins. Subscriptions bill monthly in advance.

Unlimited requests, defined

Your plan includes unlimited requests for edits, maintenance and improvements within the scope of your existing product.

Unlimited refers to how many you may submit, not to simultaneous capacity. Launch and Grow include one active request at a time, Scale two. Requests run in order and large items may be staged.

What is included

Hosting, SSL, domain management, security updates, backups, monitoring, bug fixes, content and menu changes, image and hours updates, reasonable design improvements, feature requests within plan, performance work, upgrades and support.

What is quoted separately

Third party subscriptions, advertising, payment processing fees, SMS and email volume above limits, photography, copywriting, rebranding, an entirely new product, major custom modules, hardware and legal work.

Third party costs are passed on at cost and approved by you first. We do not absorb unpredictable usage charges inside a fixed fee.

Cancellation

Cancel any time in writing. We ask for three business days notice before your next billing date. You keep the service to the end of any paid period.

Who owns what

Yours. Domain, content, photographs, customer information, business data, payment accounts, Google profile and social accounts. Once invoices are paid you own the custom design and content built for you.

Ours. VRONDO retains its pre-existing software, frameworks, templates, libraries, tools and reusable components. Building a feature for you does not transfer the underlying component.

Leaving well

Your domain, content and data stay yours. We help transfer accounts to another provider with a 14 day handover after your final paid period. Where a product runs on our hosted platform, access ends with the subscription and a buyout can be quoted.

If a payment fails

Reminders on day one and three. Service may pause after seven days and may end after fourteen with written notice. We never delete a site over one failed card.

Price changes

At least 30 days written notice. New pricing applies from a future billing period and you may cancel beforehand without penalty.

Projects and scope

Fixed quotes follow discovery and stay valid 30 days. Work outside the written scope is quoted before starting. Delivery depends on receiving content, access and feedback in reasonable time, and we tell you when a delay moves a date.

Warranties and liability

Services are performed with reasonable care and skill, and fixed projects include a defect support window during which faults are corrected at no cost.

Nothing here excludes any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise liability is limited to the fees paid for the work it relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Refunds and law

Setup and subscription payments are generally not refundable for services performed or periods supplied, except where a refund is required by law. Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
